We have some terms and condition that our every client need to follow:
- Cancelation policy – The cancellation must be made before 48 hours of the arrival time. Zero cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled before 24 hours. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours you will charge 30 percent of the wage. In case of no show full of the amount will be charged. Refunds will be made within 8 working hours.
- No show – In case you don’t show at the place so no amount will be refunded to the user.
- Cleanliness – We are very passionate about cleanliness thus we don’t allow any kind of pet or dirty object in our vehicle.
- Replacement cars – Replacement vehicles will be provided only within the reach of the city.
- Fuel – For Chauffeur fuel is inclusive of the selected rental package.
- Extra charge – It will be applicable over the basic package.
- Applicable night charges will be charged.
- GST will be applicable as per govt norms.
- Any kind of dispute will be resolved as per government norms.
- Parking and toll charges will be borne by the costumes only.
